Rob Meadows is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lumitrend, Inc. He holds a strong background in both software and corporate development and an aggressive focus on developing innovative new technologies. Meadows began his career at IBM where he became a key player in the storage software division. After IBM's acquisition of Tivoli, Meadows' team managed the integration of the storage technologies to deliver the widely used Tivoli Storage Manager.

Meadows left IBM to become a development manager at Slam Dunk Networks, which operated the first global infrastructure to guarantee delivery and tracking of transactional messages. Meadows ultimately served as the Vice-President of Corporate Development and played a key role in the structuring and management of many partnerships including American Express and Amadeus Data Processing. Amadeus continues to successfully use the Slam Dunk technology for their current Message Net service.

Prior to Lumitrend, Meadows founded "Meadows Consulting", a leading technology consulting firm. With a strategic focus on network and wireless technologies, Meadows grew the client base to include both successful startups and Fortune 500 companies. The firm continues to grow by adding some of the most gifted and respected professionals to the consulting team. Meadows Consulting works closely with Lumitrend to provide superior customer and internal consulting as needed.

Meadows holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering and a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Arizona.


 
 
 
 

Garrett Larsson is co-founder and Vice-President of Business Development for Lumitrend, Inc. He is responsible for developing strategic partnerships and maintaining Lumitrend’s numerous carrier relationships. In addition, Larsson played an integral role in the development of early Lumitrend products and still maintains an active role in product development and R&D.

Prior to Lumitrend, Larsson became a veteran of wireless technologies during his time at QUALCOMM. He headed the mobile software development team that produced the first commercially available Enterprise BREW application, OmniOne, which is still widely used today.

Larsson previously held product management and software development positions at Slam Dunk Networks, Cisco Systems, and Abeona Networks.

Larsson earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University.

 


Stephen Bell serves as Vice-President of Marketing for Lumitrend and oversees all marketing and public relations activities. In addition to developing and spreading Lumitrend’s corporate messaging, Bell has led the branding efforts for CellBackup, CellSynx and ringvault. From the marketing material, to the websites and application interface design, Bell’s creativity and attention to detail have been instrumental to Lumitrend’s growth and success.

Before joining Lumitrend, Bell helped co-found "Meadows Consulting," a highly successful technology consulting firm. Bell played an influential role in growing the initial client base for "Meadows Consulting" and still maintains an advisory role for the company.

Bell's breadth of experience also includes management positions in customer relations, mobile billboard advertising and sales.

Bell holds a B.S. degree from University of Nevada Las Vegas and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.



Jonathan Salcedo, Director of Mobile Development, began his career at Lumitrend shortly after the company was founded. Salcedo led the early innovation and advancement of CellBackup and quickly assumed the lead role in the lifecycle of subsequent Lumitrend products. Salcedo is highly regarded in the mobile development industry and undoubtedly one of the most talented engineers in his field. Salcedo recently assumed the role of Director of Mobile Development at Lumitrend.

Salcedo earned his B.S. degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.

 


Brandon Salzberg, Director of Operations, also began his career at Lumitrend shortly after the company was founded. Salzberg played a key role in designing Lumitrend's highly-available, highly-scalable production environment which now hosts Lumitrend products such as CellBackup, CellSynx and ringvault. As Director of Operations, Salzberg continues to ensure the 100% availability of this environment. Salzberg's broad range of experiences in I.T., product development, and customer support have been critical in creating a world class customer experience at Lumitrend.

Salzberg earned his B.S. degree in Computer Science from The University of California, Santa Barbara.

 

 

As Director of Engineering, Troy Wu ensures Lumitrend's research, development, and service provisioning function efficiently and integrate seamlessly with Lumitrend's strategic direction as a premier mobile application provider. Wu brings a broad range of development, operations, and planning expertise from his key roles in Silicon Valley startups to a major multi-national to world-class research institutions like Stanford University & Cornell University.

Most recently, Wu played an integral role as the IT Director at the Stanford Genome Technology Center where he deployed one of the fastest genomic research networks in the educational sector. His group also rapidly deployed one of the most flexible production gene sequencing databases integrating state-of-the art biotechnology equipment. While at the center, Wu had the unique opportunity to coauthor several scientific discoveries.

Prior to joining Lumitrend, Wu founded a fine art reproduction company specializing in digital capture, archival, and printing--leveraging his technical expertise to provide value to established and emerging artists. Wu’s breadth of technical, business planning and investor relations experience play an integral role in establishing Lumitrend as the world’s leader in mobile application technology.
